The council of the city of North Bend finds that Code Publishing Company of Seattle, Washington, has compiled, edited, and published a codification of the permanent and general ordinances of the city of North Bend. Copies of the codified North Bend City Code are now on file in the office of the North Bend city recorder for public inspection. (Ord. 1937 § 1, 2005)
