The code shall be known as the “North Bend City Code” and it shall be sufficient to refer to it either as the “North Bend Municipal Code” or the “North Bend City Code” in any prosecution or adjudicative proceeding involving any provision of the code. This code should be cited as “NBCC” and specific sections should be cited as “NBCC 3.04.010.” (Ord. 1937 § 3, 2005)
