Applications for permits under the terms of this chapter shall contain the name and address of the applicant, the legal description of the property adjacent to the curb cut, the name and address of the owner of such property, the purpose for which the property is used or is proposed to be used and the proposed location and size of the curb cut. The application shall be accompanied by a diagram showing the property, its improvements and the location of the curb cuts and proposed curb cuts. All applications shall be submitted to the engineering department of the city of North Bend, and shall be accompanied by a permit fee in an amount to be set by council resolution for each proposed curb cut.
