Any person aggrieved by the action of the building official in denying or modifying a proposed curb cut or in requiring the removal of a curb cut shall have a right of appeal of such action to the city council by delivering written notice of such appeal to the city recorder specifying therein all facts or reasons to be relied upon in such appeal, and the appeal shall thereupon be held before the council at its next regular meeting held not earlier than seven days after the filing of such notice of such appeal. The decision of the council upon such appeal shall be final and conclusive. (Ord. 1442 § 7, 1972)
