Violation of, or failure to comply with, any provision of this chapter or rules and regulations adopted hereunder is punishable, upon conviction, by a civil penalty in an amount to be set by council resolution. (Ord. 2014 § 1, 2017; Ord. 1739 § 5, 1989)
