The Coos Bay-North Bend water board, the governing body vested with the management and operation of the water system of the cities of North Bend and Coos Bay, Oregon, pursuant to the charter provisions of the respective cities of North Bend and Coos Bay, Oregon, is hereby authorized and directed to provide for the fluoride supplementation of the public water supply of the city of North Bend, Oregon.
