This chapter is enacted for the purpose of creating a type of funding mechanism supporting the operation and provision of services provided by the city, which shall generally be called a city services fee. This chapter establishes how parties responsible for any city services fees are identified, and how such fees are administered. This chapter also identifies specific city service fees, their bases and any additional provisions or limitations specific to the individual fees. (Ord. 2009, 2017)
