(1) “Dangerous building” shall mean any building or structure deemed to be dangerous in accordance with the provisions of NBCC 15.04.040(6).

(2) “Owner” means the owner of the title to real property or the contract purchaser of real property of record as shown on the last available complete assessment roll in the office of the county assessor. (Ord. 2057 § 2, 2022; Ord. 1724 § 1, 1987)
