Within 10 days after the applicant has submitted the preliminary plat and supplementary materials, the city will furnish one copy of such plat and material to the city engineer, water board, county surveyor and to all affected city, county, state and federal agencies, affected transportation and transit agencies, and affected special districts as specified by cooperative agreements with said entities. Such officials and agencies shall be asked to review the preliminary plat and to suggest any revisions that appear to be indicated in the public interest.
