Within 120 days from the time that an application, preliminary plat or plan is submitted and deemed complete, the city shall take final action unless such time limit is extended or inapplicable as provided in ORS Chapter 227. (Ord. 1947 § 1, 2005; Ord. 1758 § 8, 1990; Ord. 1175 § 34, 1961)
