18.32.060 Lot coverage.

In a C-G zone, enclosed buildings shall not occupy more than 80 percent of the lot area. The maximum impervious surface area coverage shall not exceed 90 percent of the lot area. (Ord. 2025 § 11, 2018; Ord. 1952 § 1(4), 2006)
