18.70.090 Exempt signs.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) Except for signs prohibited by this chapter, the following signs are exempt from the provisions of this chapter:
(a) Incidental signs.
(b) Handheld signs.
(c) Vehicle signs.
(d) Government signs.
(e) Official traffic control devices.
(f) Seasonal decorations, rope lights, string lights, holiday lights, or mini-lights.
