(1) Any provision of these rules of procedure not governed by state law or the city charter may be temporarily suspended by a majority vote of the council.

(2) Amendments to these rules of procedure are permitted at any time and shall be approved via the adoption of an ordinance.

(3) The rules of procedure may be repealed, or repealed and replaced with something new, at any time via the adoption of an ordinance. (Ord. 2052 § 1, 2021)
