There is hereby created a planning commission of the city of North Bend under the terms and provisions of ORS Chapter 227, and such planning commission shall have all of the powers and duties prescribed in ORS Chapter 227, together with all of the other powers and duties that are now or may hereafter be provided in the ordinances of the city of North Bend.
