When a fine has been levied against a defendant, the municipal court may grant permission for payment to be made within a specified period of time or in specified installments. If no such permission is included in the assessment of the fine it shall be paid forthwith. (Ord. 1979 § 7, 2010; Ord. 1552 § 4, 1978)
