A fund is hereby created to be known as “transient room tax fund,” and there shall be deposited in such fund all taxes, interest, and penalties collected by the city under the provisions of this chapter. Said fund shall be used for payment of any costs of administering this chapter, for promoting or advertising the city of North Bend or the community of which said city is a part, and for such other purposes that the council may budget and authorize.
