(1) Charitable, Religious, and Fraternal Organizations. Raising funds for any bona fide charitable, religious, or fraternal organization by said organization.

(2) Garage or Yard Sales. A person who is conducting garage or yard sales for no more than two times in a calendar year at the person’s private residence.

(3) City-Sponsored Activities. Any activity sponsored by the city.

(4) City Franchise Fee. Any business operating under a city franchise.

(5) Outdoor Markets. Any gathering of five or more vendors on private property for selling goods to the public under the provisions and standards set forth by a council resolution. (Ord. 2074 § 2, 2024; Ord. 2035, 2019; Ord. 2022 § 1, 2018)
