Neither the city of North Bend nor any of its officers or employees shall be obligated to make any investigation of applicants for a certificate of registration and they are not required to verify any of the information supplied. The city of North Bend also does not assume any responsibility or liability for information provided to members of the public or others concerning any registered solicitors, their applications, or their organizations or employers.
