The officers, agents and employees of the Coos County health department and of the city of North Bend are hereby empowered to make inspections of property and premises within the corporate limits of the city of North Bend at reasonable times where such officer, agent or employee has some reason or cause to believe that such property or premises may be infested with insect pests. In the enforcement of this chapter and the abatement of the nuisances herein described, officials and employees of the Coos County health department shall have the same powers and immunities as officers and employees of the city of North Bend.
