It shall be unlawful for any person to expectorate or cause the secretions from the head or throat to be expelled or cast upon any sidewalks, crossings, bridges, public walks, street cars, depots, hotels, restaurants, theaters, or places of public amusements, churches, school buildings, or other public buildings within the city of North Bend.
