Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof in the police court of said city, be punished by a fine in an amount to be set by council resolution, or by imprisonment in the city jail for not to exceed 10 days. (Ord. 2014 § 1, 2017; Ord. 359 § 2, 1916)
