It shall be an offense for any person to intentionally inhale toxic fumes, and it shall also be an offense for any person to induce another to inhale toxic fumes. As used in this sentence, the term “toxic fumes” shall include the fumes and vapors from any drug or noxious substance or chemical containing ketones, aldehydes, organic acetates, ether, toluene, chlorinated hydrocarbons, or other substances containing solvents or other matter releasing or having the propensity to release toxic vapors including, but not limited to, fingernail polish, polish remover, model glue, and lighter fluid, but such term shall not include anesthesia when used for medical or dental purposes.
