(1) Restrictions upon the time during which vehicles may be parked upon any street shall be indicated upon signs placed along or near the curbline of such street. Such time limits shall be applied to the total time during which any one vehicle is parked along one side of a particular street within the same block.

(2) Unless posted time limits indicate otherwise, time limits for parking shall not apply on Sundays, legal holidays, or on any day from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Ord. 1986 § 3 (Exh. A), 2014)
