2.76.020 Definitions.

Except as otherwise provided in this section, the words and phrases used herein shall have the meaning set forth in ORS 195.300. In addition, as used herein:
“City administrator” shall mean the city administrator of the city of North Bend, or his or her designee.
“Exempt land use regulation” shall mean a land use regulation described in ORS 195.305(5) or 195.308. (Ord. 1977 § 2, 2010)
