(1) A person seeking to file a claim under this chapter must comply with the applicable provisions of ORS 195.300 through 195.336, in addition to the provisions of this chapter.

(2) The city will process all claims in accordance with the relevant provisions of ORS 195.300 through 195.336. (Ord. 1977 § 3, 2010)
