8.34.070 Severability.*
This section is included in your selections.
If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or portion of this chapter, for any reason, shall be adjudged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remaining provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 2069 § 2, 2023)
