There is hereby created a city services fee subject to Article I of this chapter, for the purpose of funding the addition of officers to the city police department at appropriate rates of compensation, and other costs related to the provision of public safety by the police department. The fee shall be called the public safety fee. (Ord. 2011, 2017)
